- Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips. - Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, half the teriyaki sauce & the fish sauce (optional). Add the chicken & stir. Set the chicken aside to marinate. - Step 3
Peel & chop the onion. - Step 4
Peel & cut the carrot into matchsticks. - Step 5
Clean & slice the mushrooms. - Step 6
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Then drain & set them aside. - Step 7
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, minced ginger, carrots, mushrooms & marinated chicken. Cook, stirring for 5 min. - Step 8
Add the noodles & stir again. Add the rest of the teriyaki sauce. Cook for 2-3 min, or until the noodles are heated through. - Step 9
Serve the stir fry in bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
