Step 1

Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.

Cream cheese
Pumpernickel bread

Step 2

Spread the cream cheese onto the bread slices.

Cucumber
Smoked salmon
Chives
Lemon

Step 3

Add the cucumber rounds and top with the salmon, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Optional: add chopped chives. Enjoy!
