Flour tortilla (medium)
1/4 cup
Cheddar (shredded)
1/4 clove
Garlic
1/2 cup
White mushrooms (whole)
1 tbsp
Sour cream

1 tbsp
Cilantro (fresh)

Clean & slice the mushrooms. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic & mushrooms. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min. Set aside. - Step 3
Grate the cheddar cheese. Or use pre-shredded cheese! - Step 4
Spread sour cream over half of each tortilla. Top with the mushrooms, shredded cheese & cilantro (optional). Fold each tortilla in half. - Step 5
Reheat the same skillet with a fresh drizzle of oil. Cook the quesadillas for 2 min on each side, or until the cheese is melty. - Step 6
Cut the quesadillas into wedges. Dip into extra sour cream. Enjoy!
