  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Thinly slice the mushrooms.
  • Step 2
    Mix together the sour cream and the grated (or finely diced) garlic in a small bowl. Season with a little bit of salt & pepper.
  • Step 3
    Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the sour cream and garlic mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Step 4
    Add the sliced mushrooms and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Step 5
    Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 6
    Remove the pizza from the oven.
  • Step 7
    Add the ricotta and arugula. Enjoy!
