Cream cheese

Avocado

Spinach (fresh)

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese & drained tuna. Season with salt & pepper. Add the chopped chives or scallions (optional). - Step 2
Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Thinly slice the avocado. - Step 3
Toast the English muffin slices in a toaster or hot dry pan. - Step 4
While the muffins are still warm, spread the creamy tuna filling over each slice. Add avocado, spinach & fresh black pepper. Close the sandwiches & go!
