In a small bowl, combine the ricotta, salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. - Step 2
Cut off the melon rind & remove the seeds. Thinly slice the cantaloupe. - Step 3
Spread the ricotta onto a plate. - Step 4
Arrange the cantaloupe over top. - Step 5
Top with torn pieces of prosciutto & basil. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
