Butter (unsalted)

Nutmeg (ground)

Peel & dice the potatoes. - Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes. Cook for 15 min. - Step 3
Drain the potatoes. Combine with the milk, butter, nutmeg (optional), salt & pepper. Mash until smooth & creamy. - Step 4
Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with slices of shaved ham. Enjoy!
