Chicken breast

Boxed mac & cheese

Cook the boxed mac & cheese according to the package directions. - Step 2
Meanwhile, season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, pepper & your favorite seasonings. (We love garlic & onion powder!) - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast & cook undisturbed for 4-5 min. - Step 4
Flip the chicken & add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet. Add the green beans around the chicken breast. Cover & cook for an additional 4-5 min or until the chicken is fully cooked & the green beans are steamed. - Step 5
Serve the mac & cheese with the chicken breast & green beans. Season the dish with additional salt & pepper if desired. Enjoy!
