Cheddar (shredded)

Butter (unsalted)
1 tbsp
Flour (all-purpose)
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

Paprika

Chives (fresh)

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain in a colander & set aside. - Step 2
Melt the butter in the same pot over medium-low heat. - Step 3
Add the flour. Mix until smooth & combined. - Step 4
Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously as the sauce thickens. - Step 5
Season with salt & pepper. Add the cheddar & parmesan. Turn off the heat. Mix until the cheese melts into a creamy gooey sauce. - Step 6
Stir in the macaroni. Season with paprika (optional). - Step 7
Serve your mac & cheese garnished with chopped chives (optional). Enjoy!
