  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut the cauliflower into small-medium sized florets. Note: If you're using frozen salmon filets, defrost them first.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, mustard, a drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper.
  • Step 3
    Add the cauliflower to an oven-safe dish.
  • Step 4
    Coat with the sauce (reserve some for the salmon) and mix.
  • Step 5
    Add 2 tablespoons of water (per portion) to the dish with the cauliflower and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Step 6
    After 15 minutes, add the salmon to the dish on top of the cauliflower and cover with the remaining sauce. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Nappez du restant de sauce puis enfournez encore pour 10 minutes.

    Serve hot. Enjoy!
