Peel, core & dice the apples & pears. - Step 2
Add the fruit & honey to a pot over medium-low heat. Pour in 1/3 cup of water (per serving). Stir it all together. Cover & let cook for 10-15 min, stirring occasionally. - Step 3
Mash with a fork or purée with an immersion blender. - Step 4
The pear-applesauce keeps for 1 week in the fridge. Enjoy!
