Red apple

1/2 tsp
Sugar (granulated)

1/2 tsp
Cinnamon (ground)

1/8 tsp
Vanilla extract

- Step 1
Peel, core & dice the apples. - Step 2
Add the apples & sugar to a pot over medium-low heat. Pour in 1/3 cup of water (per serving). - Step 3
Add the cinnamon & vanilla extract. (Or you could split a vanilla bean in half & scrape the seeds to use!) - Step 4
Stir it all together. Cover & let cook for 10-15 min, stirring occasionally. - Step 5
Mash with a fork or purée with an immersion blender. - Step 6
The applesauce keeps for 1 week in the fridge. Enjoy!
