Chocolate bar (baking)
1/4 cup
Heavy cream
3/50 cup
Sugar (granulated)
1/2 tbsp

Add the hazelnuts to a blender or food processor. Pulse until finely ground. - Step 2
Add the cream & sugar to a small pot over low heat. Bring to a gentle simmer. - Step 3
Roughly chop the chocolate. Remove the cream & sugar from the heat. - Step 4
Add the chocolate to the blender or food processor. Pour in the warm cream & sugar. Blend until smooth & creamy. - Step 5
Add the oil & a pinch of salt. Blend again. - Step 6
Spoon the spread into a glass jar. Tightly seal & refrigerate the jar. Best used in 1 week. Enjoy!
