Peel & slice the bananas. - Step 2
Peel, core & dice the apples. - Step 3
Add the fruit to a pot over medium-low heat. Pour in 1/3 cup of water (per serving). Add the honey (optional). Stir it all together. Cover & let cook for 10-15 min, stirring occasionally. - Step 4
Mash with a fork or purée with an immersion blender. - Step 5
The banana-applesauce keeps for 1 week in the fridge. Enjoy!
