Pizza dough
Roquefort
Fresh goat cheese
Mozzarella (ball)
Tomato paste

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Put the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread on the tomato paste and add the cheese. Add pepper.

Step 2

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted.

Step 3

Optional: add some pine nuts or almonds
