Burger bun

Chicken breast

Mayonnaise

1 Leaf
Iceberg lettuce

Tomato

Italian seasoning

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Pat the chicken dry & add it to the pan. Brown it for 2 min on the first side. Season with salt & pepper. Turn over the chicken & cook for another 8 min, until fully cooked. Toast the buns on the same pan (optional). - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & slice the tomatoes into rounds. - Step 3
Prepare the herby mayonnaise. In a bowl, add: the mayonnaise, Italian seasoning & pepper. Mix to combine. - Step 4
Spread the herby mayo on the inside of both buns. Top with lettuce, tomato slices & grilled chicken. Close with the top bun & serve the Herby Mayo Chicken Burger with a side of green salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy!
