  • Step 1
    Preheat your broiler. Place a slice of ham on each slice of bread. Top each slice with a 1-ounce round of goat cheese.
  • Step 2
    Drizzle each slice with 1 tsp of olive oil. Season with pinch of Herbes de Provence, salt & pepper. Broil for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove toasts from broiler. Add the bed of greens to plate or large salad bowl. Drizzle with remaining tsp of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Top the salad with slices of toasted ham & cheese. A salad & sandwich in one dish...Enjoy!
