Chicken dumplings (frozen)

1 cup
White rice (long grain, cooked)

1 cup
Mixed vegetables (frozen)

1 tbsp
Soy sauce

1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grated garlic & sauté for 30 secs. - Step 2
Add the frozen mixed veggies to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins, stirring. - Step 3
Add the cooked rice & soy sauce. Stir & continue cooking for another 2-3 mins. - Step 4
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a second pan, over medium heat. Add the dumplings & cook for 2-3 mins, until golden. Add a splash of water, cover & steam for another 2-3 mins, until fully cooked. - Step 5
Once the dumplings are fully cooked, remove the lid & let the remaining water evaporate (about 1-2 mins). - Step 6
Serve the veggie fried rice in a bowl with the dumplings. Top with minced chives, if you have any & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
