Sourdough bread

Tomato (beefsteak)
2 slices
Bacon
1/2 cup
Cheddar (shredded)
1/2 tbsp
Mayonnaise

Wash & thinly slice the tomato. - Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon & cook undisturbed, 2-3 min on each side. Once cooked to your liking, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, keeping the remaining bacon grease in the pan. - Step 3
Spread a thin layer of mayo onto one side of each slice of bread. - Step 4
Top one half of the bread slices with most of the cheddar cheese. Layer on bacon & sliced tomato. Add the remaining cheese & close the sandwich (mayo side facing out). - Step 5
Heat the same pan over medium heat. Add the sandwich to the pan. Press down with a spatula, 2-3 min on each side, until the cheese is melted & the bread is evenly toasted. Remove from heat. - Step 6
Halve the grilled cheese sandwich. Serve hot & enjoy!
