2 slices
White bread (sliced)
2 tbsp
Cream cheese
1 oz
Gruyère cheese
2 slices
Ham (deli slices)
optional
1 tsp
Chives (fresh)

- Step 1
Spread cream cheese over each slice of bread. Add the cheese to each slice. Add the ham to the bottom half of each sandwich. Season with salt & pepper. Close the sandwiches. - Step 2
Melt a pat of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the sandwiches to the pan. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, or until toasted & melty. - Step 3
Cover the pan & let the sandwiches rest for 1 min. Slice the sandwiches into 3 sections. Garnish each section with chives (optional). Enjoy!
