- Step 1
Wash & cut the tomato into thin slices. - Step 2
Spread the red pesto on the slices of sandwich bread. - Step 3
Add the tomato slices & ham to one slice of bread. - Step 4
Cut the goat cheese into slices & add to the ham. Close the sandwich with the second slice. - Step 5
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the grilled cheese for 2 min on each side, or until nicely golden. Turn off the heat, cover the pan & rest the sandwich for 1 min, allowing the cheese to continue melting. - Step 6
Cut the grilled cheeses in half & enjoy!
