In a pan on high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the shrimp, and grated garlic.

Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cut the avocado in thin slices.

Cut the grapefruit in half and remove the sections using a knife. If necessary, remove the pits.

Squeeze the rest of the juice from the grapefruit into a small bowl.

To make the dressing, mix the remaining grapefruit juice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper, and mix.

Serve the salad with the avocado and grapefruit. Add the dressing and season with salt & pepper. Optional: Add some fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
