  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
    Once cooked, drain.
  • Step 3
    Wash and slice the mushrooms into thin strips. Cut the bacon into cubes and the chicken into chunks.

    Chop the chicken into chunks.
  • Step 5
    On medium-high heat, cook the bacon and chicken for 2 minutes in a frying pan, stirring until golden.
  • Step 6
    Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Once lightly golden, add the cream.

    Once the mushrooms are golden, add the cream.
  • Step 8
    Season. Cook for 3 minutes on a low heat.

    Add the drained rice to the pan and stir to combine.
