  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a hot frying pan, add a dab of butter and cook the gnocchi on high heat until they're golden brown (around 2 to 3 minutes).
  • Step 2
    Once the gnocchi are golden, add a few spoonfuls of water, cover and cook for 1 minute. Remove the lid and let the water evaporate.
  • Step 3
    Add the gnocchi to an oven-safe dish. Add the cream, half the crumbled cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
  • Step 4
    Season, add the cream, half of the cheese crumbled and mix.
  • Step 5
    Add the rest of the cheese on top (optional : add some crushed walnuts).
  • Step 6
    Bake for 10 minutes. Voilà, dinner is ready!
