White bread (sliced)

2 oz
Goat cheese (log)

2 slices
Turkey (deli slices)

1 handful
Spring mix lettuce

1 tsp
Honey

1 pinch
Italian seasoning

Slice the goat's cheese log into rounds. - Step 2
Spread the two slices of bread with butter. - Step 3
On one of the two slices, add the turkey deli slices & goat's cheese rounds. - Step 4
Top with the Italian seasoning & a drizzle of honey. Close the grilled cheese with the second slice of sandwich bread. - Step 5
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Brown the grilled cheese for 2 min on each side, until nicely browned. Turn off the heat & cover the pan. Let sit off the heat for 1 min so the cheese melts completely. - Step 6
Cut the grilled cheese in half, if desired. Serve with the salad greens & dress to your liking. Enjoy!
