Spinach (fresh)
1/2 tbsp
Gorgonzola
1/8 cup
Heavy cream

- Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 2-3 min. - Step 2
Stir in the spinach. Add the cream & gorgonzola. Reduce the heat to low. Add a splash of water. Cover & cook for 3-5 min. - Step 3
Remove from heat. Season with salt & pepper. If you have any parmesan cheese, shave some on top! Enjoy!
