Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi & pan fry for 2-3 min, stirring frequently. Be sure to follow the package instructions for any cooking specifics!
Step 2
Add the frozen peas & 1-2 tbsp of water to the pan. Reduce the heat to medium-low & stir. Cover & cook for 2-3 min.
Step 3
Transfer the peas & gnocchi to a serving dish. Top with crumbled feta & a squeeze of lemon. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with mint leaves (optional). Enjoy!
