1/4 clove
Garlic
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
1/8 cup
Heavy cream
1 tsp
Thyme (fresh)

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Add the cream, thyme & grated or minced garlic to a pan over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min. - Step 3
Drain the gnocchi. Add it to the pan. Stir it all together. - Step 4
Serve garnished with extra parmesan (optional) & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
