Earthy mushrooms, creamy feta & rich gnocchi. Sublime!

Mushrooms (white)

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms. Cut into thin slices.


Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter or oil. Cook gnocchi for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms & cook for 3 minutes, stirring. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 4

Cover, reduce heat & cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.

Feta cheese
Chives (fresh)

Step 5

Serve the gnocchi topped with crumbled feta cheese & finely chopped chives (optional). Drizzle with olive oil. Yum!
