1/8 cup
Heavy cream
3/100 cup
Mascarpone
3/100 cup
Powdered sugar
3/100 cup
Rainbow sprinkles

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the cake mix box. Mix the cake according to package directions. Grease a cake pan with baking spray or butter. - Step 2
Pour the mixture into the cake pan & bake for the time indicated on the cake mix box. - Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting. In a cold bowl, add the heavy cream & mascarpone. Whip with an electric hand mixer until the mixture is thick. Add the powdered sugar & whisk again until the cream is firm. Set aside. - Step 4
Once the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven. Let it cool for 5 min before transferring it to a rack. Let the cake cool on the rack for another 15 min. - Step 5
Using a spatula or spoon, cover the cake in the frosting. - Step 6
Decorate the cake to your liking! - Step 7
