Strawberries

Basil (fresh)

Burrata

Red onion

- Step 1
Wash & halve the tomatoes & strawberries. Peel & roughly chop the onion. - Step 2
Add the tomatoes, strawberries, onion, basil & half of the burrata to a blender. Season with salt & pepper. Purée until smooth & silky. - Step 3
Serve the gazpacho garnished with a few basil leaves (optional), a drizzle of oil & the rest of the burrata. Enjoy!
