Preheat the oven to 450°F. Soften the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Finely chop the parsley.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, parsley and garlic (chopped or grated).
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. If you can't find baguette, any crusty bread will work!
Place the baguette on a baking sheet and spread the butter mixture over the two bread halves. Put the two halves back together and bake at 450°F for 8 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and cut into slices. It's ready to eat!
