Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F fan. Be careful to keep the yogurt pot as it will be your measuring tool throughout the rest of the recipe.

Sugar
All-purpose flour
Sunflower oil
Egg
Natural yogurt

Step 2

In a mixing bowl add (quantities for 1 cake): 1 small pot yogurt, 1 pot sugar, 3 pots flour, yeast, eggs, 1/2 pot vegetable oil, a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Mix vigorously with a whisk until you have a smooth batter.

Sunflower oil

Step 4

Oil your cake tin, then pour in the batter.

Step 5

You can also personalize your cake by adding ingredients according to your desires: jam, seasonal fruit, chocolate, etc.

Step 6

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Once the cake is cooked, let it cool before eating. Serve and enjoy!
