Ingredients for 1 galette

Yellow onion

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F. Peel, halve the onion and slice it into strips.

Mushrooms (white)

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into strips

Munster

Step 3

Cut the cheese into strips.

Sour cream
Cream cheese

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the fresh cream and cottage cheese.

Pizza dough

Step 5

Unroll the dough onto a baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough.

Bacon (cubed)
Mushrooms (white)
Munster

Step 6

Divide the onions, bacon, mushrooms and cheese, season with salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 7

Take the Flammeküeche out of the oven and serve!
