Bakery bread

1 slice
Ham (deli slices)

2 slices
Swiss cheese (slices)

1 tbsp
Fig jam

2 tbsp
Cream cheese

1 handful
Spring mix lettuce

- Step 1
Spread a layer of cream cheese onto one side of each slice of bread. Spread a layer of fig jam onto one of the slices. - Step 2
Top one half of the bread with one slice of cheese & the ham. Top with the remaining slice of cheese & close the sandwich. - Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the sandwich to the pan. Press down with a spatula, 2-3 min on each side, until the cheese is melted & the bread is evenly toasted. Remove from the heat. - Step 4
Halve the Fig & Ham Grilled Cheese & serve hot with a side of green lettuce dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
