Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Peel & thinly slice the onion. Add the onion slices, a dab of butter & a pinch of salt to a pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 5-10 min, stirring occasionally.
Slice the goat cheese into thin rounds.
Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread the fig jam over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Add the caramelized red onions over top.
Evenly arrange the goat cheese over the tart. Garnish with thyme, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.
When golden brown & melty, remove the tart from the oven. Enjoy!
