    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & quarter the figs.
  • Step 2
    Coarsely chop the shelled pistachios.
  • Step 3
    Put the feta cheese, figs & pistachios in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey & olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & dried rosemary.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 15 min. Remove from heat & serve tossed with fresh arugula. Enjoy!
