Strawberries

- Step 1
Wash & trim the strawberries. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size. Place a mixing bowl in your refrigerator to chill for the whipped cream. - Step 2
Place the strawberries in a bowl & add half the sugar. Mix & set aside. - Step 3
In the chilled bowl, add the heavy cream & remaining sugar. Whip by hand or use an electric mixer to whip the cream & sugar until it forms firm peaks. - Step 4
To serve, add the whipped cream, a few pieces of meringue & the strawberries. Enjoy!
