Step 1

Remove any bruised outer leaves from the endive. Then slice the endive into rings.


Step 2

Wash, core & dice the pear.

Add the endive, pear, chopped walnuts & crumbled blue cheese to a salad bowl.

Balsamic vinegar

Step 4

Add the vinegar & a drizzle of olive oil. Season generously with salt & pepper. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
