Tomato sauce (basil)
Mozzarella (fresh, ball)
Oven, Frying pan, Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Finely chop the garlic.

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan on high heat. Add the chopped garlic and the eggplant cut in strips.

Sauté for around 10 minutes, until golden. Add more olive oil if you need to.

Cut the mozzarella into strips.
- Step 5
Line a baking dish with some tomato sauce and add 2-3 slices of eggplant.

Sprinkle some parmesan, add a few slices of mozzarella, and season with salt and pepper.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
