Cucumber

Avocado

Peel & mince the red onion. - Step 2
Wash & cube the cucumber. - Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, grated lemon zest, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 4
Roughly chop the cilantro. - Step 5
Spoon the drained tuna, cucumber & red onion into a serving bowl. - Step 6
Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Then cube the avocado. Add it to the bowl. Garnish all with chopped cilantro (optional). - Step 7
Top with the lemon dressing, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
