- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked shrimp, cumin & minced garlic. - Step 2
Shake the spices & shrimp in the pan. - Step 3
Peel the avocado. Remove the pit. Thinly slice the avocado. - Step 4
Peel & finely slice the onion. - Step 5
Top each warmed tortilla with spiced shrimp, avocado, onion, a squeeze of lime & chopped cilantro. - Step 6
Add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce for a kick. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
