Crème fraîche

Peel & finely chop the shallots. - Step 2
Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes. - Step 3
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese & crème fraîche. - Step 4
Spread the cream cheese/crème fraîche mixture on a plate. Add the smoked salmon, chopped shallots, capers & dill. Grate the lemon zest on top. Finish with extra pepper & a drizzle of olive oil, then serve with country bread. Enjoy!
