  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the baguette into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Step 2
    Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet & drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5-6 min, until the bread is lightly browned & toasted.
  • Step 3
    Cut the roasted peppers into strips.
  • Step 4
    Arrange the crostini on a dish & spread them with the ricotta cheese. Add the roasted peppers & arugula on top.
  • Step 5
    Add a drizzle of olive oil & season to taste with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
