Ham (deli slices)
1/2 cup
Gruyère cheese (shredded)
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
1/2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
1 handful
Spring mix lettuce

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, grated parmesan & half the shredded cheese. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 2
Slice the croissants in half. Spoon a dollop of the cream-cheese mixture into the croissants. Top with slices of ham. Then add the rest of the cream-cheese mixture. - Step 3
Lay the closed croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over top. - Step 4
Bake for 5-10 min at 450°F, or until golden brown & melty. - Step 5
Serve the croissants with a side salad drizzled with olive oil. Enjoy!
