- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave. Grease a baking dish with baking spray & set aside. - Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, corn starch & heavy cream. Mix thoroughly for about 1 min. - Step 3
Next, add the cream canned corn & the drained canned corn. Stir together, then add the melted butter & stir again. - Step 4
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish & bake at 400ºF for about 30-35 min or until the corn pudding is set. - Step 5
Remove the baking dish from the oven & let cool for about 5 min. Serve & enjoy!
