Step 1
Wash the vegetables. Trim & thinly slice the carrot, leek & mushrooms. Chop the chicken into pieces.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken, carrot & leeks. Sauté for 3 min.
