  • Step 1
    Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 2
    In a frying pan or skillet on medium heat, add a dab of butter or olive oil. Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan.
  • Step 3
    Stir the eggs, so they cook evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 4
    When the eggs are cooked but still moist in the middle, add the cheese and fold the omelette in half.
  • Step 5
    Serve with a side salad with dressing of your choice. Add salt & pepper and enjoy! Optional: top with fresh herbs.
