Swiss cheese (slices)

Flour (all-purpose)

Bread crumbs (plain)

- Step 1
Using the bottom of a pan or a rolling pin, pound the chicken until it's about 1/4 inch thick. - Step 2
Season the chicken with salt & pepper. Place one slice of ham & one slice of Swiss cheese on the chicken breast. Fold the chicken in half. - Step 3
Crack the egg into a shallow bowl & whisk. - Step 4
In another shallow bowl, add the flour. Coat the chicken in the flour. - Step 5
Then, coat the chicken in the beaten eggs. - Step 6
In a third shallow bowl, add the breadcrumbs. Coat the chicken in the breadcrumbs on both sides. - Step 7
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 min at 350°F, turning the chicken halfway through. - Step 8
Once the chicken is golden brown & fully cooked, remove from the air fryer. Serve with a green salad dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
