- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, add: the softened butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar. Whisk until the mixture is smooth. - Step 2
Crack the eggs into the bowl & add a pinch of salt. Whisk to combine. - Step 3
Add the baking powder, almond flour & all purpose flour. Using a spatula, fold-in the ingredients. - Step 4
If using a chocolate bar, roughly chop the chocolate. Add the chocolate chips or chunks to the cookie dough mixture. Mix to combine. - Step 5
Add the peanut butter into the cookie dough, using a spatula. Chill the dough for 15 min. This helps keep the cookies thick & gooey! - Step 6
Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator & form 2 tbsp balls, using an ice cream scoop or your hands* Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 7-9 min at 425°F. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 7
Once golden on the edges, remove the cookies from the oven. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Serve warm. Enjoy !
